You are using premium elements in your free account
If you have a free Canva account but are using the PRO element(s) in your design, you won't be able to download the design until you pay for the premium content or subscribe to a Canva PRO account.

Design limitations
Some designs may be too large or contain too many elements to be downloaded from Canva. That happens when your design contains a large number of pages, including a lot of elements, videos, or animations. The way around this issue is to download your design in smaller batches.
In the Canva editor, click "Share" on the top right corner
Click "Download"
In the "Select Pages" section click on the dropdown and choose a few pages to download
Click "Download" and then repeat until the whole design is downloaded.
